Cancellation Policy
Andaman Holiday Trips
At Andaman Holiday Trips, all tour packages are carefully planned and booked in advance with hotels, ferry operators, transport providers, and other service partners. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strict and binding, and customers are requested to read it carefully before confirming any booking.
1. Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the request is received by us.
a. Cancellation Before 30 Days (1 Month) of Travel Date
✔️ Refund will be processed as per supplier policies
Refund amount (if any) depends on:
Hotel cancellation rules
Ferry / cruise cancellation terms
Permit and service charges already paid
Service charges, processing fees, and non-refundable components will be deducted.
⚠️ Refund is not guaranteed and will be subject to actual recovery from service providers.
b. Cancellation Within 30 Days (Less Than 1 Month) of Travel Date
❌ No refund will be provided
❌ 100% of the total tour cost will be charged
This includes:
30 days to 0 days before travel
No-show cases
Early departure or unused services
2. Non-Refundable Policy (Important)
Once a booking enters the 30-day window, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances, including:
Personal reasons
Medical emergencies
Change of plans
Travel delays by the customer
3. Cancellation Due to Natural Causes / Force Majeure
In cases such as:
Bad weather or sea conditions
Ferry cancellations by authorities
Natural disasters
Government restrictions or permit issues

Any refund (if applicable) will strictly depend on actual refunds received from service providers.
4. Cancellation by Andaman Holiday Trips
If Andaman Holiday Trips cancels a tour due to unavoidable operational reasons:
✔️ Customers will be offered:
Rescheduling of the trip, OR
Refund as per recoverable amount from suppliers
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment
Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted
6. No Refund for Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for:
Missed sightseeing
Unused hotel stays
Unused transfers or ferry tickets
Early check-outs or late arrivals
7. Policy Acceptance
By confirming a booking with Andaman Holiday Trips, the customer acknowledges that:
They have read, understood, and accepted this cancellation policy
No claims or disputes will be raised after cancellation within 30 days
